- Providing comprehensive and accurate legal advice, especially in the field of labor law and commercial law.
- Monitoring and interpreting relevant legislative changes and regulations and providing appropriate guidance to ensure the factory's compliance with the laws and regulations in force.
- Active participation in the processes of negotiating and drafting contracts, including supply, employment and service contracts.
- Managing litigation and other legal matters, collaborating with external lawyers when necessary.
- Providing instruction and training sessions for the factory staff regarding relevant legal aspects.
Requirements
Requirements
- Graduate of a law faculty, with a bachelor's degree in law.
- Previous experience in a similar position or in a relevant legal role in the manufacturing industry or in another corporate environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor law, commercial law and other relevant fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in writing and verbally.
- The ability to work under pressure and to efficiently manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Proactive and problem-solving-oriented attitude.
