Legal Counsel
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, one of the largest companies in the agribusiness sector, for a person to fill the role of Legal Counsel, for their location in Galați.
This person should ensure the legality of the company's activity and represent the company before authorities, courts and/or judicial enforcement officers according to the law, in the prevention and resolution of disputes between professionals, civil, administrative litigation and labor law disputes in which the company is involved.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Faculty of Law (Legal Counsel or Lawyer)
- Experience in the legal field of minimum 10 years;
- Judicial experience, including in forced executions and insolvency procedure;
- Thorough knowledge of the primary legislative framework, namely the Civil Code, the Civil Procedure Code; the Labor Code; the Promissory Note / Cheque Law; the Insolvency Law; the Companies Law, the Fiscal Code, the Customs Code;
- Computer operating skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Category “B” driving license;
- Knowledge of legal English (intermediate to advanced level);
- Good communication skills, availability for travel for court hearings / meetings with partners, organization of a large volume of work, prioritization of requests, proactive abilities, stress resistance.
