About the role
We are looking for a European Funds Access Consultant, for one of our clients, one of the most important companies in the field in Romania.
Responsibilities

- Advising clients in the process of accessing European funds, providing them with information and assistance in preparing the necessary documents;
- Drafting and managing European financing projects, ensuring compliance with the deadlines and specific requirements;
- Identifying European financing opportunities for our clients and assessing their eligibility;
- Collaborating with public authorities and other relevant organizations in order to obtain up-to-date information and to ensure compliance with European regulations;
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of projects, ensuring the correct and efficient implementation of the planned activities;
- Ensuring the periodic reporting and the documentation necessary to demonstrate the correct use of European funds;
- Maintaining relationships with existing clients and developing new partnerships in order to expand the project portfolio.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, public administration, political science, etc.);
- Previous experience in accessing European funds and knowledge of the specific legislation and procedures;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in Romanian and in English;
- The ability to work in a team and to efficiently manage several projects simultaneously;
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines;
- Knowledge of project evaluation tools and methodologies;
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in European legislation and policies.
