About the role
GTA HR & Kapital HR is recruiting a European Funds Consultant with solid practical experience in writing and implementing projects with non-reimbursable financing – structural funds, PNRR, SME grants, etc. We are collaborating with a partner active in business consultancy, who is looking for an involved professional, oriented toward results, and with a desire for long-term professional growth.

- Complete management of projects: from identifying the financing sources to finalizing the implementation
- Drafting the financing applications, including: - Budgets - Business plans - Technical documentation
- Coordinating the project submission process and effective communication with the financing authorities
- Support in the implementation stage: reporting, reimbursement requests/settlements, replies to clarifications

- Demonstrable experience in both stages: writing **and** project implementation
- Verifiable track record of successfully drafted and coordinated projects
- Excellent knowledge of the legislation specific to European funds
- Excellent drafting, planning, organization skills and attention to detail
- Responsible attitude, openness to learning and growth within the team
- The desire to build a long-term collaboration, in which performance is directly proportional to earnings
