- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the B2B segment (office, HORECA, real estate) in Ploiești and surrounding areas;
- Monitoring market trends and competition in order to develop effective sales strategies;
- Identifying market opportunities and proposing solutions to address them;
- Setting up daily meetings for the purpose of promoting and selling the products and services in the portfolio;
- Identifying and proposing new possibilities for growing the client portfolio;
- Maintaining a long-term collaborative relationship with existing clients;
- Responsibility for the proper conduct of the sales process (quotation, negotiation, scheduling and tracking of delivery and assembly activities);
- Post-sale communication;
- Achieving and exceeding individual and departmental sales targets.
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in the office furniture and design industry.
- Knowledge of office furniture products and the specific needs of clients in the B2B segment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude and orientation towards achieving objectives.
- Driving license and availability for field travel.
