About the role

Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, an exclusive luxury jewellery boutique located in the ultra-central area of Bucharest, for a Sales Consultant to provide a premium experience to clients, manage stock and contribute to sales success through professionalism and accumulated expertise.

Responsibilities

  • **Client relations**: providing a personalized and premium shopping experience, based on their needs and preferences.
  • **Product presentation**: advising clients in choosing jewellery, explaining the features and benefits of each product, providing complete information about quality and design.
  • **Stock management**: monitoring and updating stock to ensure optimal product availability in the store.
  • **Preparing documentation**: correctly handling invoices, fiscal receipts and other sales-related documents.
  • **Developing long-term relationships**: maintaining contact with existing clients and creating a base of loyal clients.
  • **Maintaining the boutique's standards**: ensuring an impeccable presentation of the store, including the arrangement of products and compliance with hygiene and aesthetic standards.
  • **Collaboration with the team**: working closely with colleagues and management to achieve sales objectives and provide excellent service.
  • **Monitoring trends**: keeping up to date with trends in the luxury jewellery industry and with client preferences.
Requirements

Requirements

  • **Relevant experience**: minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury product sales.
  • **Knowledge of jewellery**: an understanding of materials, precious stones and the features of luxury products constitutes an advantage.
  • **Excellent client relationship skills**: the ability to provide personalized advice and to build long-term relationships.
  • **Experience in stock management**: the ability to organize and monitor the store's inventory.
  • **Attention to detail**: orientation towards excellence in product presentation and in interaction with clients.
  • **Communication and sales skills**: persuasion, empathy and a positive attitude.
  • **IT knowledge**: use of POS systems and other IT tools for managing sales and stock.
  • **English language**: advanced level; knowledge of other foreign languages constitutes an advantage.
