Kapital HR is looking for a person with a high level of experience in FMCG, to fill the position of Commercial Director.
We are looking for a person who will participate in conceiving the sales strategy, tactics, programs and promotions necessary for increasing sales and satisfying the company's customers on the two lines they will lead, IKA, TT.

- • Defines and implements sales policies
- • Develops and monitors the achievement of the sales and profit plan
- • Participates actively in establishing the general, contractual conditions of the collaboration with TT and IKA customers
- • Identifies development directions
- • Sets the objectives of the subordinate managers in accordance with the department's objectives
- • Monitors and supports the team in order to achieve the objectives
- • Proposes and implements cost reduction measures
- • Monitors, analyzes the market, adopts continuous improvement measures
- • Continuously keeps in view the development of the people in their team.
Requirements
Requirements
- – Managerial experience – coordinating teams and managing budgets in national/multinational companies (FMCG)
- – Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- – Capacity for analysis, synthesis and decision-making
- – Good organizer and negotiator
- – Person with initiative, proactive, open minded, self-taught
- – Higher education and at least five years of experience in a similar role
- – Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
- – Knowledge of English – at least intermediate level
- – Availability to travel within the country
