For our client, a top producer in the food industry, with a tradition of over 50 years, we are looking for a Quality Director.

- Organizes and leads the activity within the QC Laboratory, QC warehouse department, pursuing the achievement of the objectives regarding food safety;
- Analyzes and proposes corrections and initiates corrective actions for the non-conformities established within internal or external audits;
- Coordinates the activity of establishing the control technologies, the control points and the phases along the technological process flow (quality control of raw materials, materials, packaging, control of the manufacturing process, control of finished products);
- Establishes the program and the requirements of the quality control program across the phases of the technological process;
- Pursues the strict application of the prescriptions of standards, technical documentation and internal norms;
- Leads the action of optimizing the quality control program;
- Analyzes and approves the activity from the point of view of the quality assurance requirements, in accordance with ISO, FSSC and IFS standards, applies and develops the Quality instruments.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education in the food industry, control and expertise of food products;
- Practical experience in a similar position of at least 5 years;
- Knowledge regarding the quality control of products in the food industry (canned vegetables, fruit, meat, juices, vinegar);
- IMS knowledge: HACCP, ISO, FSSC, IFS;
- Category B driving license;
- Positive attitude and customer orientation;
- Proactivity and results orientation;
- Promoter of team values.
