For our client, one of the top distributors in FMCG, we are recruiting a person to fill the position of HoReCa & Confectioneries Division Director
Responsibilities

- Develops and implements the sales strategy
- Ensures people management and their development
- Sets and reaches the sales and growth targets in the managed channel (P&L)
- Ensures the continuous optimization of the RTM
- Maintains the relationship with key customers
- Establishes the Commercial Policy (in correlation with the other channels)
- Ensures team management
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position in the FMCG market of at least 5 years
- Knowledge/understanding of the specificities of the HoReCa & Confectioneries market
- Skills and knowledge for developing the sales strategy
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Medium technical knowledge regarding the product portfolio
- Communication and relationship-building skills
- Portfolio management
- People management/ motivation
- Capacity to manage uncertain situations
- Open approach to change; openness to the new and to learning
- Long-term approach/ thinking/ strategic thinking
- Discipline and organization skills
- Advanced English; other foreign languages constitute an advantage
