KapitalHR is recruiting a person to fill the position of Furniture Factory Director in Dej, for one of its clients, a market leader in the production and sale of furniture.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating the production activities, ensuring the observance of deadlines and quality standards;
- Supervising and optimizing the production processes, identifying and implementing new methods and technologies to increase efficiency and productivity;
- Managing human resources, including recruitment, training and the evaluation of employees' performance;
- Monitoring and controlling production costs, ensuring the observance of the allocated budget;
- Close collaboration with the sales and marketing departments to develop and implement strategies for promoting our products;
- Ensuring the observance of occupational health and safety norms;
- Identifying and implementing measures for the continuous improvement of the production processes.

- Relevant experience in the furniture industry, with a good understanding of the production processes and quality standards;
- Excellent skills for leading and coordinating the team, with the ability to motivate and develop employees;
- Solid planning and organization knowledge, with attention to detail;
- Results orientation and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes;
- Higher education in the technical or production field constitutes an advantage.
