For our client, a top producer in the food industry, with a tradition of over 50 years, we are looking for a Financial Director.

- Organizes and coordinates the activity in view of the faithful presentation of the financial situation, the financial performance and the cash flows of the company;
- Carrying out profitability studies for the Company's products;
- Participation in elaborating and administering the company's accounting policies and the control procedures to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles;
- Elaborates statements regarding the assets, liabilities, expenses and revenues of the company, for preparing the financial statements in view of their consolidation;
- Preparation of the monthly cash flow;
- Identification of solutions for reducing costs;
- Elaborates and controls the budgeting procedure of the company, prepares the budget of revenues and expenses and monitors its fulfillment;
- Prepares the managerial analyses specific to the activity of processing canned vegetables and fruit and analyzes the results compared with the previous years and the budget of revenues and expenses;
- Performs financial analyses requested by management;
- Ensures efficient communication with the local fiscal authorities, consultants, internal and external audit;
- Analyzes the results of the activity and the financial situation of the company and identifies the reasons for the recorded developments.
Requirements

- Higher economic education (accounting, financial analysis);
- Practical experience in a similar position of at least 5 years;
- Expertise in implementing the processes of budgeting revenues and expenses, establishing and monitoring performance indicators;
- Expertise in financial analysis, in cost optimization techniques, investment and commercial activities;
- In-depth competences in managing the company's operational costs;
- In-depth competences in financial and business analysis;
- PC usage skills: excel (advanced level), word, outlook, ERP software operating knowledge;
- Knowledge of English at medium-advanced level;
- Category B driving license.
