KAPITAL HR is looking for a person to fill the position of Regional Sales Director, for one of its clients in the Pharma Industry.

Plans, organizes, leads and coordinates the activity in the allocated Region.

- Ensures the implementation of the company's commercial policies in their region: planograms, assortment, promotions, prices and stock level;
- Is responsible for achieving the margin plan in the allocated area;
- Is responsible for the correct implementation, the conduct and the signaling of the promotions and campaigns; ensures that the mechanisms of the promotions and campaigns are correctly understood;
- Monitors the partnerships with the individual medical practices/medical clinics and specialist physicians;
- Participates in the opening of new pharmacies and ensures that the newly hired personnel is trained;
- Ensures that the direct subordinates verify, stock management conformity from the point of view of: quantity and quality;
- Ensures that the direct subordinates participate actively in the inventories for the subordinate pharmacies;
- Sets the monthly evaluation objectives for their team;
- Supervises the reporting of the daily activity;
- Gets involved in the process of closing/relocating/rebranding pharmacies in the coordinated area;
- Proposes customer loyalty strategies and policies and coordinates their implementation;
- Prepares, analyzes, presents and communicates to the direct superior any requested report;
- Observes the responsibilities incumbent on them on the financial – accounting line regarding the processing of expense reports and obtaining the supporting documents for them.

- Education level: higher.
- Necessary qualification: competences in budget administration in the financial field.
- Experience relevant to the position: at least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Other requirements: category B driving license.
