Regional Sales Director for the Western Area
About the role
KAPITAL HR is looking for one of its clients, operating in the pharma industry, a person to fill the position of Regional Sales Director for the Western Area of the country.

- Plans, organizes, leads and coordinates the activity in the allocated Region.
- Ensures the implementation of the company's commercial policies in the region: planograms, assortment, promotions, prices and stock level;
- Is responsible for achieving the margin plan in the allocated area;
- Is responsible for the correct implementation, the conduct and the signaling of the promotions and campaigns; ensures that the mechanisms of the promotions and campaigns are correctly understood;
- Monitors the partnerships with the individual medical practices/medical clinics and specialist physicians;
- Sets the monthly evaluation objectives for their team;
- Gets involved in the process of closing / relocating / rebranding the pharmacies in the coordinated area;
- Prepares, analyzes, presents and communicates to the direct superior any requested report;

- Education level: higher.
- Necessary qualification: competences in budget administration in the financial field.
- Experience relevant to the position: at least 5 years of managerial experience
