KapitalHR is recruiting for one of its clients, major top player in retail FMCG a high profile candidate to hold the position of E-Commerce Director

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy for eCommerce across all channels & customers
  • Develop eCommerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Manage, develop and strengthen current Ecommerce channel
  • Identify, improve, and simplify operational standards and processes to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage both internal and external teams with responsibility for business strategy, planning and development
  • Responsible for all of the on-site development, working closely with the software development teams
  • Stay up-to-date with local market development.
  • Analyse insights and data to determine industry trends
  • Understand marketing and sales strategies from all major ecommerce retailers and propose activities to grow our private labels
  • Full ownership of all on-site metrics.
Requirements

Requirements

  • E-commerce strong and proven experience required, at least 5 years in a similar position in Retail (mandatory)
  • Great leadership skills
  • A mind that should be a lovely blend between marketing and tech
  • Multi-tasking, analytical, detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and flexible;
  • Highly responsive and resourceful in the digital environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
