Kapital HR is looking for one of it’s clients, an international private school located in Bucharest, a person to occupy the role of English Teacher.

- To ensure and promote quality teaching and effective learning of English.
- Helping students develop valuable life skills through English.
- Inspiring both colleagues and students by being a role model when it comes to integrity, mindset, openness.
- Taking responsibility for a whole school year by completing it for all the groups (Sept. – June).
- Plan, prepare and deliver high quality English language lessons that meet both school standards and the needs of different learners taking into account individual learning styles.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to help manage students’ performance throughout the course, and actively promote learner autonomy.
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of English language courses, materials and related services, in order to meet students’ needs by actively working as a member of the teaching team.
- Setting a good example of behavior and attitude by maintaining good relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Taking part in the mentoring programme meant to guide 1st year teachers within the school, no matter the experience they have so far.
- Complete teaching related administrative tasks to specified standards (monthly information, individual progress reports, coaching bubbles with parents, attendance).

- Enthusiastic, energetic, curious, positive and open-minded person.
- Passionate about children and people in general, brave, kind and very patient.
- Very responsible, but with a smile on – not too serious in a rigid sense.
- Willing to grow, learn as well as teach, interact with various people, receive and give feedback.
- Holding a certificate in ESL (CELTA, TESOL…) is a plus, but it’s not mandatory
- Ability to work in stressful situations and under pressure.
