- Organizing and carrying out accounting entries correctly and on time, based on the documents received from partners;
- Verifying the correctness of accounting entries;
- Verifying the register of fixed assets and inventory items;
- Verifying the payment schedules related to leasing files and recording them in accounting in compliance;
- Verifying prepaid expenses;
- Inventory write-off and its verification;
- Verifying payroll statements;
- Verifying the cash register;
- Verifying the correct recording of operations on accounting accounts;
- Verifying the purchase and sales journals;
- Verifying account ledgers;
- Verifying the journal register;
- Verifying trial balances and analysis of accounting accounts;
- Drawing up and recording tax invoices;
- Providing the necessary support to colleagues in the department;
- Transmitting invoices through the E-factura system;
- Preparing and verifying the Intrastat declaration.
