About the role
Position Description: Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, an independent pharmacy
in the Fundeni area, for a person to fill the position of Chief Pharmacist.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated person to join the team in developing and improving
the pharmaceutical services of our client.
As a Chief Pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage the operations
of the independent pharmacy and to supervise the activities of the laboratory.
Responsibilities

- Leading and managing the daily operations of the pharmacy and the laboratory
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and standards in the pharmaceutical and health field
- Supervising the pharmacy and laboratory staff, providing guidance and support
- Planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer services
- Managing stocks and supply of medicines and pharmaceutical products
- Collaborating with partners and other medical professionals to provide integrated health services
Requirements
Requirements
- Degree in Pharmacy and registration with the College of Pharmacists of Romania
- Relevant experience in a similar position, having solid knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Client orientation and concern for their health and well-being
