KapitalHR is seeking a senior financial expert with strong project management skills to fill the role of Finance and Accounting Manager. Our client is a company that owns several well-known restaurant chains in the industry.

- Lead multiple departments, including Accounting, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and Administration, overseeing a team of 20 to 30 people.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team by providing strong leadership, maintaining positive relationships, and supporting ongoing development.
- Monitor real-time risks and challenges across all departments, offering support, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide key data and insights to company owners, preparing detailed analyses and recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Develop tailored solutions and contingency plans for complex business challenges and opportunities.
- Oversee financial closing processes, ensuring the accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support the accounting department in applying fiscal and accounting laws, analyzing impacts, and recommending adjustments in the company’s best interest.
- Manage relationships with banks, negotiating and extending credit lines, and applying for loans (e.g., through the IMM Invest program).
- Supervise software integrations to comply with legislative changes or to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing procedures for foreign employees, including regulations set by the Immigration Department (IGI).
- Represent the company during regulatory inspections by various authorities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to strengthen controls at locations, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with new regulations (e.g., food ingredient labeling, recyclable packaging systems).
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures across all departments.
- Oversee the opening and closing of locations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
- Supervise production cost calculations, monthly inventory checks, and accurate cost accounting procedures.
- Manage third-party payments, client collections, contract negotiations, and cash flow optimization.
- Apply for government programs or other available funding opportunities.

- Experience in managerial reporting.
- Expertise in budgeting and cost allocation (cost centers, budget lines, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good understanding of key fiscal and tax regulations.
- Worked with banks to secure credit lines.
- Experience with ERP or other software implementations.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale software.
- Experience in setting up and implementing processes and procedures.
- Represented companies during regulatory inspections.
- Experience with internal and external audits.
- Knowledge of production and recipes.
- Fluent in English.
