KapitalHR, is recruiting for one of its clients active in gaming mobile apps a person to hold the position of Finance Manager
Responsibilities

- Work with management team to build, monitor, and control the company’s budgets and business plans
- Work with accounting department for controlling and reporting of financial performance and budget execution
- Work with accounting department to ensure company’s compliance with relevant accounting and fiscal obligations
- Work with management and specific departments for budgeting of specific key projects and workstreams of the company
- Work with management and specific departments for key commercial contracts of the company, bringing expertise from a financial and commercial perspective (ideation of business models, key protections and rights from commercial perspective, ensuring adequate cash flow structures)
- As a plus/nice-to-have: experience and input in corporate documentation of the company in the context of financing rounds and other similar transactions
- As a plus/nice-to-have: experience and input in general legal topics (forms and elements of key commercial contracts)

- Educational background: Finacial Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years experiene in finance, prefreably in transactions advisory, corporate finance, management consulting, strategy consulting
- English conversant
