Kapital HR is looking for an involved, flexible, and results-oriented person to occupy the role of Financial Controller for a private school located in Bucharest.
Advanced English is a must!
The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial statements preparation, financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial controls and procedures to ensure financial accuracy, identify risks, and maximize returns.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in finance and accounting
- Experience in financial reporting and preparing financial statements
- Ability to develop and implement financial controls and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with financial software applications and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g. CPA, CFA) is a plus
- Experience in the Romanian market is a plus
