Kapital HR is looking, for its client, an international investment fund, for a person to fill the position of Financial Controller.

Kapital HR is looking for a Controller for its client. You will be the key person responsible for supervising the budgeting, reporting, accounting, regulatory and administrative aspects of the various entities.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the company's entities for controlling activities: budgeting, budget compliance, reporting, invoicing, coordinating financial closing processes, etc.
- Cash flow management
- Ensures legal compliance, including the payment of taxes, maintaining appropriate records and submitting the necessary declarations
- Maintains relationships with banks and ensures compliance with the contractual obligations under loans
- Coordinates the relationship with external accounting service providers
- Manages the quarterly and annual reports for the two private equity funds, including fair market value (FMV) valuations
- Supports compliance with the KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations of the Company's entities
- Ensures compliance with national and European legal requirements, by submitting financial reports and providing consultancy on regulatory matters
- Coordinates with the fund administrators in the Netherlands to fulfill regulatory requirements (reporting, submitting documents, organizing statutory meetings, etc.)
- Drafts the corporate documents necessary for the governance of the company's entities and of the portfolio companies and supports their implementation
- Ensures the appropriate management and archiving of documents, in preparation for audits
Requirements
- Excellent organization skills
- The ability to manage several processes simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail
- Orientation towards regulatory compliance and conformity
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English (80% of the activity involves professional communication in English)
- A mindset oriented towards continuous learning and professional development
- Required studies and experience: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business - At least 5 years of experience in similar roles: controller, accountant, auditor, etc.
