Kapital HR is looking for a Food Service Director for an important company in the food industry.
This person, together with the entire team, will ensure the development and implementation of the sales and development strategy on the HORECA channel.
We are looking for a dynamic person, with very good interpersonal skills and a network in the industry, leadership and numerical and business understanding.
The position is located in Bucharest.

- Develops and implements the sales strategy
- Ensures the management of people and their development
- Sets and achieves the sales and growth targets in the managed channel (P&L)
- Ensures the continuous optimization of RTM
- Ensures a good image of the company in the channel
- Maintains the relationship with key clients
- Sets the Commercial Policy (in correlation with the other channels)
- Ensures team management
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position in the FMCG market of at least 5 years
- Knowledge/understanding of the specifics of the Horeca & Patisseries market
- Skills and knowledge for developing the sales strategy
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Intermediate technical knowledge regarding the product portfolio
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Portfolio management
- People management / motivation
- Ability to manage uncertain situations
- Open approach to change; openness to new things and learning
- Long-term approach/ thinking / strategic thinking
- Discipline and organizational skills
- Advanced level of English; other foreign languages are an advantage
