Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Ensures the physical management of the stock of consumable materials and spare parts
- Operates in the stock the movements of consumable materials and spare parts
- Keeps the supporting documents related to the above-mentioned stocks
- Performs the physical reception of consumable materials and spare parts
- Responsible for the release of stocks from inventory
- Is responsible for the accuracy of the records in the stock
- Records the data regarding the stocks systematically and chronologically
- Performs monthly the inventory of the above-mentioned stock
- Fulfills on time the specific tasks assigned or established by the hierarchical superior
