About the role

For our client, a Romanian company in an accelerated stage of development in the field of technical and industrial infrastructure projects, we are recruiting a Key Account Management Director who will lead the development of strategic relationships with major clients from the public and private sector. For the right candidate, this role offers a clear growth trajectory towards the position of Sales Director.

We are looking for a professional who understands how long-term partnerships are built in technical industries and who has real experience in managing complex projects and high-level commercial relationships.

The Role

This role involves managing and developing the company's portfolio of strategic clients, building relationships with decision-makers from public institutions and major private companies, as well as identifying opportunities for projects and long-term partnerships.

You will work directly with the company's top management and you will have a key role in business development.

Requirements

  • solid experience in **construction, installations, infrastructure, energy or related technical industries**
  • experience in managing commercial relationships with **large clients, private companies or public institutions**
  • understanding of the commercial cycle of complex technical projects
  • strong negotiation and business development skills
  • the ability to work at a strategic level with the clients' top management
