About the role
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, an international private school located in the Pipera – Voluntari area, for a person to fill the position of HR Admin.
Responsibilities

- Preparing the documents necessary for employment (contracts, personal files, medical files, unemployment documents if applicable, etc);
- Preparing the documents necessary for the termination of the employment contract (requests, dispositions, settlement files, etc.);
- Registering the employment contracts or the documents proving their termination;
- Registering the updated data in the work record books, modifying the renegotiated aspects;
- Managing and archiving the personnel files, etc.
- Managing the flow of documents required by law;
- Managing the relationship/communication with the employees on specific matters;
- Drafts and writes the documents and reports required by management;
Requirements
Requirements
- Completed higher education;
- Advanced knowledge of English, written and spoken (knowledge of Russian may constitute an advantage);
- PC operation skills (Office Package);
- Knowledge of the provisions of the Labour Code in force and of other laws regarding labour relations;
- Very good communication and interpersonal ability;
- Ability to organize time, tasks and the workplace;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Attention to detail;
