About the role
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a company operating in the field of construction materials distribution, for a person to fill the position of Tendering Engineer.
Responsibilities

- – Maintaining the relationship with existing clients;
- – Prospecting the market with a view to expanding the client portfolio;
- – Analyzing and drawing up documents, specifications, data sheets, plans;
- – Drawing up offers according to the bills of quantities and the documentation provided by the beneficiary;
- – Identifying the materials, equipment (technical data sheets) that make up the offer;
- – Drawing up cost estimates and/or work situations;
- – Recording supplier invoices in the accounting records;
- – Verifying the correct drafting, from a fiscal point of view, of the primary documents;
- – Preparing the reports and specific activity statements requested by management;

- – Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals
- – Good organizational skills
- – Graduate of higher technical studies
- – Communication, negotiation and sales skills
- – Planning, organization, coordination skills
- – Ability to work in a team
