Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, for a person to fill the position of COST ESTIMATOR ENGINEER.
Responsibilities

- – Will analyze the incoming technical documentation, the project, the specifications, the bills of quantities;
- – Will draw up preliminary measurements based on the technical documentation received from the designers, if the bills of quantities do not exist;
- – Will verify the bills of quantities from the designers, the compliance with the incoming technical documentation;
- – Will draw up cost summaries at the SF/DALI design phase;
- – Will draw up the related cost estimates for the PTh phase: Forms F3, C6. C7, C8, C9, F1 and F2, F4 and F6;
- – Will use, in classifying the works by cost estimate items, specialized software, price databases, market studies;
- – Will draw up the cost estimate documentation for all specialties (including earthworks, architecture, structure and installations);
- – Will draw up the cost estimate documentation for civil construction projects as well as for road and bridge construction.
Requirements
Requirements
- – Experience in the field of drawing up cost estimates – minimum 3 years
- – Knowledge of construction materials and technologies and of the technical details related to their use;
- – Windev minimum 3 years;
- – Excel – advanced, Outlook;
- – AutoCAD – reading and measurements level;
- – The public procurement system SEAP/SiCAP – constitutes an advantage.
