Production Engineer – Shift Supervisor
About the role
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a top producer of high-quality cured meats, dedicated to excellence and innovation in the food industry, for a Production Engineer to fill the position of Shift Supervisor.

- Coordinating and supervising the production activities on the assigned shift.
- Ensuring compliance with the production plan and the quality standards.
- Managing the team of operators and technicians, making sure that all team members fulfill their responsibilities efficiently.
- Monitoring and optimizing the production processes in order to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with the maintenance and quality departments to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the equipment and compliance with safety norms.
- Drawing up daily production reports and analyzing the performance indicators.
- Implementing and maintaining the safety and occupational health procedures.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education in the field of engineering (preferably food, chemical or industrial engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.
- Excellent team coordination and management skills.
- Solid knowledge of production processes and the maintenance of industrial equipment.
- The ability to work in a dynamic environment and to manage emergency situations.
- Results orientation and the ability to make quick and efficient decisions.
- Good computer operating skills (MS Office).
