  • Conducting market studies relevant to the company's activity: market structure, market share, segmentation and targeting, knowledge of the competition, etc.
  • Proactive sales to potential clients, expanding the in-company client portfolio in line with the organization's Sales strategy.
  • Monitoring the company's Sales objectives and implementing the Sales strategy leading to their achievement.
  • Coordinating the Sales team: monitoring each member's activity and reporting against the company's objectives, coaching, setting concrete directions and actions leading to the achievement of objectives, Sales team training, performance appraisal, corrective actions, etc.
  • Representing the company at industry events or fairs, promoting the image, products and services of the organization, delivering presentations for potential clients.
  • Keeping all relevant information up to date in the systems and applications used within the company, optimizing all processes in the Sales department.
  • Organizing and/or participating in inter- and intra-departmental meetings to ensure both transparent communication and alignment with the organization's objectives.
  • Promotes the image of the company and the services offered (delivers presentations at the client's premises);
  • Organizes/participates in events specific to the field;
  • Demonstrates attentiveness and interest towards the concrete issues raised by clients;
  • Identifies and proposes the best solutions, maximally convenient for all parties involved;
  • Is responsible for the company's sales volume through the quality of the relationships developed with clients;
  • Makes proposals and implements methods for increasing client satisfaction;
Requirements

Requirements

  • Requirements regarding education and knowledge: - Experience in the field of sales; - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; - English language – intermediate-advanced level;
  • Requirements regarding the attributes of the job holder: - Problem-solving skills; - Planning and organization skills; - Client and results orientation; - Communication and negotiation skills; - Knowledge of sales techniques; - Personal initiative and involvement; - Ability to work both individually and in a team; - Positive, constructive attitude, oriented towards solutions and not towards problems; - Desire for personal development; - Flexibility in the manner of approaching and solving professional tasks.
