Junior AI Data Analyst / Machine Learning Engineer
Overview
Kapital HR is looking for a curious and technically skilled AI Data Analyst / Machine Learning Engineer to join our client’s team and help them build cutting-edge AI solutions for business environments. In this role, you will work closely with their AI development team to analyze data, develop machine learning models, and implement solutions that drive innovation and efficiency for clients.
This is a hybrid role that combines data analysis, machine learning engineering, and AI experimentation. You don’t need to be an expert in all the tools listed, but we expect you to be comfortable learning and applying new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights for business decision-making;
- Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization;
- Assist in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras;
- Experiment with LangChain, OpenCV, and other AI tools to build innovative solutions (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics);
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate AI models into production systems using Docker and Linux environments;
- Document processes, models, and findings to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing;
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science and propose new tools or techniques to improve workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field;
- Proficiency in Python and experience with GitHub;
- Exposure to LangChain, OpenCV, or similar libraries is a plus;
- Comfortable working with Docker and Linux environments;
- Ability to work with SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau);
- Ability to break down complex problems and propose data-driven solutions;
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques quickly;
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team;
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and model
