About the role
Kapital HR is recruiting, for an important client in the furniture and interior décor industry, a Junior Buyer. This person will have an essential role in supporting the procurement process, collaborating with suppliers to ensure a constant flow of quality products at competitive costs.

- **Managing the procurement process:** - Placing orders with suppliers and following them up to comply with delivery deadlines. - Requesting and analyzing offers to identify the best options in terms of price, quality and deadlines.
- **Relationship with suppliers:** - Maintaining and developing relationships with existing suppliers. - Identifying new suppliers, analyzing their performance and negotiating contractual terms.
- **Stock monitoring:** - Checking and managing stock levels to prevent situations of shortage or surplus of products. - Collaborating with internal departments to identify needs and adjust orders.
- **Cost optimization:** - Implementing cost-reduction strategies by negotiating advantageous terms and identifying alternative solutions. - Tracking the efficiency of procurement processes and proposing improvements.
- **Operational support:** - Preparing and managing the documents related to the procurement process. - Ensuring the compliance of processes with the company's internal policies and standards.
- **Reporting:** - Drawing up periodic reports on orders, suppliers and the performance of the supply processes. - Identifying and reporting any risks related to supply.
Requirements
Requirements
- **Education:** - Higher education (preferably in the economic, commercial or technical field).
- **Experience:** - Experience in procurement, logistics or related fields is an advantage, but is not mandatory.
- **Technical skills:** - Knowledge of using the Microsoft Office suite (Excel – intermediate level). - Familiarity with procurement processes and ERP systems is a plus.
- **Interpersonal skills:** - Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to meet deadlines. - Negotiation, organization and attention-to-detail skills. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- **Foreign languages:** - English language – intermediate-advanced level; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
