Kapital HR is looking for a KAM in the FMCG industry, for one of its clients, an important food producer.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the FMCG industry. The KAM will be responsible for account management, business planning, customer service, and analytical skills needed to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients. The KAM will work to identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, review financial data, and provide insights to senior management to drive business growth
  • Account Management: Proven experience in key account management within a FMCG environment and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, leverage cross-functional resources to meet client needs, and find solutions to client problems
  • Business Planning: Proven track record in developing and executing effective business plans that align with company objectives and understanding of financial statements and KPIs
  • Customer Service: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues, and manage customer expectations
  • Key Accounts: Proven experience in managing large and complex key accounts, negotiating contracts and agreements, and delivering on client needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Fluency in other foreign languages will be considered an advantage
