Kapital HR is recruiting, for one of its clients, a leader in the Food Service industry, an experienced person to manage the most important clients in HORECA.
In the role of Key Account Manager you will have the opportunity to develop and manage solid relationships with the most important clients, contributing to the growth and consolidation of the market-leader position.

- Identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the HORECA industry.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to reach and exceed the set objectives.
- Analyzing client needs and offering customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Monitoring the market and the competition to identify opportunities and threats.
- Negotiating contracts and commercial terms with key clients.
- Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure the efficient delivery of products and services to clients.
- Periodic reporting of performance and of the activities carried out to the company's management.
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B HORECA sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and planning skills.
- Results orientation and the desire to reach and exceed sales objectives.
- The ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of the English language at an advanced level is an advantage.
- Availability to travel in the territory, where necessary.
