Kapital HR is looking, for its client, a company operating in the industrial field, for a person to fill the role of Key Account Executive B2B – Industrial Coatings – Bucharest.

Job description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Executive to join our team and drive sales in the field of industrial coatings and related systems. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities and building solid relationships with clients in the industrial coatings industry.

  • Managing and growing key accounts to achieve sales objectives
  • Identifying and exploiting new business opportunities in the industrial coatings market
  • Negotiating the terms of sale, delivery and payment
  • Monitoring commercial progress: offers, sales, specifications, contracts, deliveries and payments
  • Presenting and promoting the company's products – B2B portfolio of industrial coatings, including demonstrations and testing of solutions for specialized clients
  • Managing the portfolio of current clients and developing new clients/projects in specialized sub-segments
  • Developing and maintaining solid relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions tailored to clients' needs
Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial coatings or a similar industry;
  • Proven ability to reach and exceed sales objectives;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with specialized clients and stakeholders;
  • Proactive mindset and solid problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook and experience in using CRM/ERP;
  • Knowledge of the English language, at least intermediate level (ideally advanced level, written and conversational);
  • Category B driving license.
