About the role
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a company whose object of activity is the import and distribution of premium-range food products, for a person to fill the position of Key Account Executive in the Bucharest/Ilfov area.

- Adherence to the company's development strategy, by creating business relationships as well as by providing consistent merchandising services in the IKA line of business;
- Carrying out daily visits to the allocated stores;
- Quantitative and qualitative checking of the merchandise existing in the stores;
- Carrying out the merchandising plan for each allocated store (account);
- Communicating with clients in accordance with the company's internal procedures;
- Maintaining good collaboration relationships with the personnel of the allocated stores;
- Submitting and influencing the order proposal to the department/store manager in case of merchandise shortage/reduced stocks;
- Assisting with the receipt of merchandise;
- Daily transmission of the activity report to the department head and the direct superior;
- Competition analysis;
- Communicating the problems or opportunities noticed in the stores;

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Developed communication skills
- Teamwork
- PC operation knowledge
