The Key Account Manager will have the responsibility of identifying new business opportunities for the purpose of generating revenue and developing the allocated segment. The emphasis will be placed on attracting new clients and on developing lasting relationships, through understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate is a person with experience in the strategic approach of new clients, the development of opportunities and the winning of contracts in a competitive environment, but also in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients in their segment.

  • Identifying, developing and implementing new business models in the designated verticals (fashion, pharma);
  • Analyzing the competition and constant interaction with clients to identify new solution opportunities;
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the market and of the trends in the field;
  • Evaluating the competition's offer (products, services, sales strategies);
  • Strategic prospecting of medium and large accounts, using excellent communication skills;
  • Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients in the allocated verticals;
  • Individually managing the initial stages of the sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, demonstrations and offering tailored proposals;
  • Active involvement in all stages of the sales and business development cycle;
  • Building trusting relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors of clients, understanding their organizational culture;
  • Drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements and contracts, with particular attention to legal and commercial aspects;
  • Supporting existing and potential clients in identifying needs in order to promote the group's solutions and to expand the collaboration;
  • Periodically proposing relevant solutions for existing clients, aligned with their strategic objectives;
  • Acting as a single point of contact for any aspect related to the client relationship;
  • Complete monitoring of the sales cycle in the CRM: activity, leads, opportunities, offers, contracts, tasks;
  • Periodic analysis of the reports regarding activity, sales, profitability and the lines of business.
Requirements

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of minimum 3 years in positions of Key Account Manager, Sales Hunter or similar roles, within an IT services or consulting company (mandatory);
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentation and influencing decision-makers at all levels (including executive/C-level);
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and applying successful sales strategies;
  • Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience in negotiating commercial contracts;
  • Experience in forecasting and monitoring account KPIs (monthly/quarterly sales, annual forecasts);
  • Excellent skills in relationship-building and interaction with professionals from various organizational levels;
  • Enthusiasm and motivation for the field of sales;
  • Strong client orientation;
  • Solid organizational skills;
  • Team spirit;
  • English language – advanced level (written and spoken);
  • Category B driving license.
