About the role
Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, for a person to fill the position of Loan Administrator Corporate.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- initiating the draft of the credit agreements and of the guarantee agreements, of the amendments to them (including the related documentation) for the credit facilities;
- maintaining communication with the Legal Division and with the Credit Admin Dept. for the administration and monitoring of the existing corporate clients;
- administering the drawdowns and repayments from / into the credit facilities, being the interface between the clients and the Credit Admin department;
- monitoring the commercial conditions in accordance with the credit agreements;
- monitoring the renewals of the insurance policies and updating the valuation reports for the collateral assets;
- notifies and requests from clients all the documents and information necessary in order to fulfill the agreements;
- the management of the original documents, of the files and of the archive of the Corporate Division;
- informs all the divisions/departments involved.
Requirements
Requirements
- English language – mandatory
- Communication skills
- Organization, coordination and prioritization skills
- Knowledge of banking legislation, products and services
- Relevant experience, in a similar position, minimum 2 years
- Minimum 3 years in banking
