KapitaHR is recruiting a person to hold the position of Logistics Manager for one of our clients, a company working in meat and meat products industry
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- To coordinate the activity of the company’s deposits from an administrative point of view;
- To permanently coordinate and control the activity of storage, arrangement of goods in the warehouse, cleaning;
- To organise and supervise the activity of the company’s car park, observing all normative acts in force regarding the road transport of goods;
- To coordinate the activity of establishing routes for transport in order to eliminate or minimise delays in delivery / supply and to optimise transport costs;
- To ensure, check and transmit towards the Human Resources Department the monthly timekeeping for the subordinate personnel ;
- To coordinate and control the shipments of goods and to investigate the causes of the lack of products in stocks;
- To coordinate the activity of the company’s warehouse participating in monthly and / or annual inventory processes;
- To plan and coordinate the necessary checklist of materials / products;
- To propose strategies for increasing the efficiency of coordinated activities, in order to minimise costs and effectively increase the company’s revenues, etc .;

- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Ability to organise and plan;
- Orientation towards results by cost reduction;
- Leadership skills;
- Management of training and development of subordinate employees;
- Excellent skills in analysis, planning, organising, communicating, controlling and reporting;
- Ability to work in a team.
