Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, an Educational Center that operates in the field of education and has as its main purpose the integration into society of children with autism, for a person to fill the position of Operational Manager.
Responsibilities

- Participation in setting the objectives and in creating the development strategy;
- Analyzing the performance indicators;
- Analyzing and monitoring the processes carried out;
- Identifying the aspects to be improved and proposing solutions for optimizing the center's activity;
- Tracking the manner of implementation of the decisions;
- Involvement in the planning of new projects;
- Proposing and implementing crowdfunding campaigns;
- Ensures that all aspects of the activities comply with the legislation in the field;
- Proposing new events and educational activities;
- Establishing long-term collaboration relationships with the center's partners, clients, beneficiaries and funders;
