Kapital HR is recruiting a Recruitment Manager – blue collars, for its client, an international reference in the field of logistics services.

- Identifies and manages the recruitment channels most suitable for the vacant positions
- Carries out the entire recruitment and selection process for the positions available in the company
- Manages the relationships with the company's human resources service providers
- Actively participates in the process of interviewing and selecting candidates
- Manages and ensures the updating of the candidate database
- Informs the candidates about the result of the selection process
- Provides support within the company regarding the recruitment process and the internal evaluation of people.
Requirements

- Relevant experience in warehouse staff recruitment, gained either in logistics companies or in recruitment firms
- Capacity and experience in leading the entire recruitment and selection process
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- English – intermediate/advanced level
- Availability to work at the company's headquarters located in Stefanestii de Jos (Ilfov), for which transport/transport reimbursement is provided
- Results orientation, creativity, very good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, stress resistance.
