Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, a leader on the agribusiness market, for a Regional Procurement Manager Grains & Oilseeds. This role is essential for supervising and coordinating the procurement team at the regional level, ensuring compliance with the company's standards and the optimization of the procurement processes.

- **Coordinating the regional team**: Supervising and coordinating the activity of the procurement team, ensuring that the objectives are achieved efficiently and according to the company's standards.
- **Team management**: Developing and motivating the subordinate team, evaluating performance and implementing strategies for increasing efficiency.
- **Identifying the right partners**: Researching the market to identify relevant farmers, traders and strategic partners.
- **Negotiating contracts**: Negotiating the contractual conditions with partners and suppliers, ensuring an optimal balance between quality, price and the contractual terms.
- **Managing relationships**: Maintaining and developing the cooperative relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Monitoring performance**: Tracking the key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting the strategies to reach the established target.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring that all procurement operations comply with the legal regulations and the company's internal policies.
- **Reporting**: Preparing periodic reports on the regional activity, offering recommendations for optimizing the processes.
Requirements

- **Leadership and team coordination skills**: At least 8 years of experience in managing teams.
- **Experience in procurement**: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of procurement.
- **Experience in agribusiness**: At least 5 years of experience in the agricultural sector, with a focus on grains and oilseeds.
- **Excellent communication and negotiation skills**.
- **The ability to work under pressure**: The aptitude to manage various situations quickly and efficiently.
- **Results orientation**: Attention to detail and focus on achieving the established objectives.
