Kapital HR is looking for a Showroom Manager for a renowned Romanian Designer.
We are looking for a person passionate about fashion and dedicated, to join the team of our client
and to contribute to the development of the business both locally and internationally.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your creativity and skills to
transform the presentation space into a captivating experience for clients.
The Showroom Manager will be responsible for leading, organizing and administering the
showroom, thus creating an environment that reflects the brand and inspires clients.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of the showroom's activities, including meetings with key clients and achieving the sales objectives.
- Selecting and displaying the collections in an attractive and inspirational manner.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Organizing special events and presentations for clients and for the press.
- Business administration activities such as inventory, invoicing, maintaining contact with the accounting firm.
- Management of the Showroom's sales team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the field of fashion or in a similar role in a fashion showroom or specialized store.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the current trends in the fashion industry and of customer preferences.
- Experience in leading a team and in managing a budget.
