About the role
KapitalHR is looking, for one of its clients, a top player on the retail market, for a person with at least 5 years of experience in the industry, to take on the role of Marketing Manager.

- Develops and implements the marketing and communication strategy for the brands in the portfolio.
- Carries out market studies on the basis of which it proposes and implements specific action plans: tactical adjustments, segmentation and resegmentation;
- Works closely with the advertising, media, digital and PR agencies.
- Monitors and analyzes the performance of the campaigns, recommends improvement actions in view of attracting new clients.
- Creates, develops and continuously improves the instruments necessary for measuring, controlling and evaluating the efficiency of the marketing investments.
- Ensures the compliance of all aspects involved in the marketing actions (observing the legislation in force, GDPR ).
- Develops and manages the company's marketing materials (banners, brochures, flyers, etc);
- Organizes events, fairs, exhibitions.
- Tracks the annual marketing budget and ensures the costs fall within the agreed plan.
