Marketing Manager – Bespoke Costume Fashion
As the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s visibility, identity, and growth. This role blends creative storytelling, luxury branding, and strategic leadership to position our bespoke costume line and premium brands as market leader in the fashion industry. You will craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that capture the imagination of our audience — from business professionals and stylists to individual clients seeking one-of-a-kind couture. Just as well, you will be the one designing and implementing an integrated strategy linking physical and digital channels to deliver a seamless and consistent
customer experience. Consequently, this role calls for both creative flair and strategic acumen — an individual who can merge aesthetic storytelling with measurable business growth.
Responsibilities
- **Brand Strategy & Positioning**
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that reflects the brand’s artistic vision and bespoke craftsmanship.
- Build and strengthen brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in tone, imagery, and message.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor developments to identify new opportunities for brand growth and adapt campaigns and maximize their impact.
- **Campaign Development**
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, fashion showcases, and product launches.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and stylists to produce compelling visual content.
- Oversee digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and PR initiatives to maximize visibility.
- **Digital Marketing & Content**
- Manage social media presence (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) to engage audiences with storytelling-driven content.
- Lead content creation — from videos and behind-the-scenes footage to blog articles and newsletters.
- Optimize website performance, SEO, and digital ad spend for maximum ROI.
- **Customer Experience**
- Oversee marketing actions across retail, e-commerce, social media, and CRM to ensure continuity between different touchpoints.
- Optimize the customer journey by personalizing the experience and leveraging consumer data to refine segmentation and loyalty strategies.
- Manage third party business relationships such as agencies, creative work providers and various service suppliers.
- **Client Engagement & Events**
- Develop marketing initiatives that attract high-value clients and relevant partnerships in mass-media, film, fashion, etc.
- Coordinate trunk shows, exhibitions, and VIP fittings to showcase the brand’s artistry.
- Build relationships with media, influencers, and industry professionals to enhance brand reputation.
- **Performance & Reporting**
- Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI across all marketing channels.
- Prepare regular reports and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7+ years of marketing/brand communication experience, ideally within fashion, luxury goods, or full-service agency.
- Solid understanding of customer expectations and dynamics of the fashion and luxury market.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling, digital strategy, and customer journey mapping.
- Attention to detail and a good eye for visual aesthetics and design.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with an appreciation for design, couture, and craftsmanship.
- Proficiency in customer segmentation, marketing analytics, social media management, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision from the CEO or shareholders.
