Marketing Manager – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will have an essential role in developing and coordinating the marketing strategy for the online furniture brand, as well as for a new brand in the area of sleep products that is about to be launched. This role involves both digital and offline marketing activities, addressing the Romanian market and the European markets.

  • Developing and implementing the marketing and positioning strategy of the brands in the portfolio
  • Planning and coordinating the campaigns that generate real traffic in the online store and the physical one
  • Creating and managing the communication strategy for online channels, offline, B2B collaborations and new sales channels
  • Setting the creative direction and the messages for the communication channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Coordinating the collaboration with freelancers (content creators, graphic designers, photographers, videographers)
  • Overseeing the production of marketing materials: product photographs, video shoots, catalogs, brochures, OOH campaigns
  • Validating and approving the promotional materials for online (banners, social media posts, digital ads) and retail (catalogs, POSM, in-store materials)
  • Contributing to the development and positioning of the new mattress brand: branding, logo, slogan, visual identity, tone of communication, events and launch strategies
  • Involvement in the development of the retail concept for the physical stores
  • Building strategic partnerships with suppliers, advertising agencies and independent creators
  • Organizing events for clients, partners and product launches
  • Proposals for the product portfolio based on market trends and setting the pricing policy
  • Coordinating commercial campaigns in partnership with networks or actors from the industry
  • Preparing and monitoring the quarterly and annual marketing budget, with efficient allocation of the funds
  • Measuring the performance of the marketing campaigns and adjusting them depending on the results
Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **creating and managing brands**
  • Experience in identifying the target audience and running impactful multi-channel campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and project management tools (e.g.: Asana)
  • Excellent analytical skills – interpretation of data, budgets, campaign performance
  • A developed aesthetic sense and a passion for quality copywriting
  • Up to date with the newest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing or related fields
  • English language – advanced level (written and spoken)
