Kapital HR is looking, for one of its clients, one of the most important Educational Publishers
in the country, for a person with an interest in the area of education, to fill the position of Marketing Project Manager.
Responsibilities

- developing and putting into practice marketing strategies and tactics to increase the company's visibility and to generate sales opportunities
- working with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels (content creation, content collection, online campaigns, live and online events, advertising, social media, lead generation campaigns etc.)
- drafts, oversees and approves the marketing material: catalogs, letters, invitations, online and printed materials
- measures and reports the results of the marketing campaigns, interprets and evaluates the results against the objectives initially established
- analyzes the market, the relevant companies on the market and consumer behavior and adjusts the marketing campaigns accordingly
- participates in marketing projects/group projects at the international level
Requirements
Requirements
- higher education
- full understanding of the sales and marketing processes, knowledge of the educational field constitutes an advantage (textbooks and school auxiliaries, educational materials, teaching activity at school or other activities within school institutions )
- 5+ years of experience in planning, organizing and managing extensive marketing and sales campaigns (in the case of experience in the school field, a shorter period than 5 years spent in marketing is enough,)
- experience in organizing online and on-site events for a large audience constitutes an advantage
- excellent organizational and communication skills (especially, in writing)
- creativity and aesthetic sense regarding the structure and design of the promotional material
- analytical capacity and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- knowledge of the English language
- the ability to work both independently and within a team in view of achieving the established objectives
- the desire to constantly acquire new knowledge through practices and participations in local and international trainings.
