About the role
Kapital HR is recruiting, for an important client in the legal field, a PR Manager. This person will have an essential role in the development and implementation of communication strategies, contributing to the consolidation of the image and visibility of a prestigious law firm in Bucharest. The role involves both managing external communication and organizing events and collaborating with specialized legal platforms.

- Developing and implementing communication strategies for promoting the brand and increasing the firm's notoriety.
- Drafting and managing press releases, articles and other communication materials.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with the press, journalists and legal and economic specialized publications.
- Monitoring the press and analysing the impact of communications in the public space.
- Administering the firm's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Creating and publishing relevant, informative and attractive content for the target audience.
- Developing and implementing online promotion campaigns.
- Monitoring the performance of posts and optimizing the content strategy.
- Planning and organizing corporate events, conferences, workshops and professional meetings.
- Collaborating with legal platforms and relevant organizations in order to strengthen the firm's presence in the specialized environment.
- Coordinating media partnerships and strategic collaborations.
Requirements
Requirements
- Higher education in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related fields.
- Previous experience of at least **5 years** in a similar role (PR, Communication, Social Media Management).
- Experience in the legal field or collaboration with law firms constitutes an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of drafting press materials and managing corporate communication.
- Experience in managing social networks and using content management platforms.
- Event organization skills and the ability to relate to the media and specialized partners.
- Creativity and the ability to develop innovative communication concepts.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organization and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- English language – advanced level (written and spoken).
