KapitalHR is searching for one of its clients from FMCG (production) a well experienced Procurement Service Manager to lead all contract management activities, deliver competitive advantage from group and local deals and ensure compliance of the standard processes, governance and internal controls.

- Ensure proper execution of centrally negotiated contracts.
- Develop sourcing strategies for local spend.
- Support strategy development for specific categories upon request of the buyer.
- Contribute to selected negotiations and supplier selections.
- Ensure availability of specific contract requirements and conditions prior to contracting.
- Ensure contract availability for locally managed spend.
- Regularly report financial and supplier performance for purchasing materials and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key management stakeholders.
- Manage financial performance of local procurement team and set personal financial targets. Accountable for managing data management.
- Maintain responsibility as Domain Expert for data management within specific domain / category. Perform data governance role for all raw materials data.
