About the role
Kapital HR is recruiting a Product Manager – interior decorations, for one of its clients, the most beloved decorations and furniture brand in Romania.
The position is dedicated exclusively to the management of the online channel for selling the products.
Objective of the position: Coordinating and developing the online sales channel for furniture accessories

- Identifies new suppliers/manufacturers and negotiates the purchase of new products both nationally and internationally
- Participates in international specialized trade fairs
- Analyses sales, proposes objectives and ensures their fulfilment
- Contributes to the creation and implementation of the company's commercial policy
- Carries out various competitor analyses and market research and identifies areas of improvement in the activity that he/she coordinates
- Plans sales and implements and/or supervises various marketing actions
- Draws up a strategic plan regarding the launch of various furniture products
- Permanently analyses the trends in the field and proposes new ranges/products in the portfolio.
Requirements
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in the interior accessories & decorations industry, on the online channel, in purchasing/marketing/commercial roles
- international exposure (collaboration with external suppliers of furniture accessories) constitutes an important advantage
- advanced English language knowledge
- outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- analytical capacity, results orientation
- general business knowledge, strategic thinking.
