Kapital HR is recruiting a Product Manager – furniture, for one of its clients, the most beloved decorations and furniture brand in Romania.
Responsibilities

- Develops commercial relationships with various partners, manufacturers from the country and abroad
- Identifies new suppliers and negotiates the purchase of new products
- Participates in specialized trade fairs both in the country and abroad
- Sets the objectives, draws up the budget and ensures the profitability of the activity for which he is responsible
- Gets involved in the implementation of the company's commercial strategy
- Carries out various competitor analyses and identifies areas of improvement in the activity that he/she coordinates
- Plans sales and implements and/or supervises various marketing actions
- Draws up a strategic plan regarding the launch of various furniture products
- Periodically carries out sales analyses and adjusts the forecasts according to market requirements.
Requirements
Requirements
- minimum 5 years of experience in the furniture industry, in purchasing/marketing/commercial roles
- international exposure (collaboration with external furniture suppliers) constitutes an important advantage
- advanced English language knowledge
- outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- analytical capacity, results orientation
- general business knowledge, strategic thinking.
